The photostory on cd & DVD is not compatible as they claim per their website with windows 7. Product can't be installed. Tech support is noone there is only automated e-mail respond where theygiving instruction with a very difficult way under safe mode and some cracking software to push installation. After spending 2hr I couldn't install it . 1. Product is not compatible as described. 2. No live person in tech support. 3. Want my money back, noone to talk to, no one respond e-mails. 4.
