I am an extremely unhappy customer of Sona Med Spa. I started off with laser hair removal on my underarms and bikini line. $4000 later, no results and a WHOLE lot of pain. They even convinced me to spend $75 on numbing cream that they make you come in an hour before your treatment and apply. (Hopefully you're started with your treatment after an hour and a half because they are always running late.) I always have various technicians, various treatment techniques, and bad attitudes.
