I have been a Telus customer for a year and two weeks, with a Blackberry Curve. During the past year I have experienced numerous dropped texts and have called their technical support roughly 7 times, the first few were placed with in three months of having my phone. I have asked the technician on numerous times if it was my handheld and was assured it was a network/server problem.
