I have been a student at the Universty of Phoenix for 5 year now and I regret ever getting involved with this organization. I have struggled to get the university to disburse my refund from my student loan and nobody seems to care. I repeatedly receive nasty letters threatening to remove me from the program if I do not pay my tuition bill, while the university sits on my student loans and refuses to release the funds to pay for the tuition bills.
