ordered the FREE book and found a $90 charge on my credit card for the e-magazine because the only place I did not see the fact that there would be an auto charge was in the small print on the invoice that came with the book. Took me screaming to talk to a supervisor after they offered only a $40 refund, and more screaming to get the rest of my money refunded.
