Dear sir, For almost last two years i am a member of this car helpline services ( membership no.- NS-61971 & NS-12718). in these years i have never taken any help of the service provider but on the day of raksha bandhan i.e 24/08/10 my car suddenly got stopped near to nehru nagar, indian oil petrol pump in delhi. at aroung 7:30 AM in the morning i requested these helpline people since no car mechanic was available at nearby location.
