Dear Sir, I have written letters dated 19.6.2008, 02.07.2008 and 18.07.2008 on the above subject. It is further submitted that upon my complaint dated 19.6.2008, there was some enquiry from your Pune office Ist by Mr. Durgesh (Mobile No. 9922447177) and subsequent Mr. Sanjay. For my journey dated 19.5.2008 from Mumbai to Indore, I was searching the flight and during that I found that there were few flights amongst them one was K.F. flight no. (IT) 4749 and another was Air Deccan flight no. 749 besides the other flights. The fare for K.F flight was substantial higher than the Air Deccan.
