My complaint with Massage Envy is not their contract but the honor of their service. When I signed up I was told that if I didn't get a massage every month then they would carry over so I was not able to go do to school and work and time so I racked up 13 massages well at the end of my year I decided to cancel the membership and was told by Massage Envy that they WOULD NOT HONOR MASSAGE SESSIONS I'VE PAID FOR AFTER THE DATE WHEN MY MEMBERSHIP END AND WHERE THEY WOULD BE COLLECTING MORE MONEY FROM ME.
