I am in the process of renovating my home. I am a teacher with not a lot of extra income. I took out a Home Projects Loan through Wells Fargo to purchase new energy efficient windows for my home. The loan was for $10, 000 which I used $7500 for the windows. I also had a credit line of $1500 for other purchases. I have never paid late nor missed a payment on this loan.
