GE Money- and other credit card companies have alliances with Account Secure, which is a scam. They say that they will pay the account if you are unemployed or disabled for a monthly amount added to your credt card balance, when in fact it is a means of making it impossible to pay off the balance. It is often added without your knowledge and despite payments to the account it continues to grow.
