I have been dealing with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in an effort to forestall a foreclosure and revise loan terms to allow us to be current. We are in a good equity position on our home but about 45 days behind on payments due to the economic circumstances. I began over a year ago by offering to extend our loan term and add the 2 months of payments plus interest to the end of the loan.
