I ahve been a Palace Premier (VIP) member for two years now. Every single time I try to book hotels i have another hasle and misinformation. When I try to discuss these problems with the reservation folks in florida, all I get is attitude and no help at all. If it is not on the script in front of them it doesn't exist. Go to the member services? Ha...they switch me to reservations. The benefits of the VIP membership are rediculous and you learn something your not getting everytime you try to book.
