I always submit my credit card payments via cheque. I had not realised that I was no longer to receive printed statements and would receive an e-statement in August. I was waiting for my printed statement - naturally it did not arrive, neither did I receive my e-statement. When I complained I was passed on to your customer service center and then I had to change some pin number and then was passed on to more machines just to request that I revert to printed statements. I would like printed statements and I am waiting for my printed statement to arrive. No statement no payment. read full review »
