On August 18, 2010 I was talked into buying the $169.99 annual unlimitedPC support for a year. I spent 4 hours that night speaking to a technician trying to get my laptop fixed. We had to stop after these 4 hours because the technician was having problems fixing my laptop. I finally had to ask him if we could finish the process the next day and he said yes. I called back the next evening and again I spent anothe 1 1/2 to 2 hrs waiting just to speak to someone.
