I am possessing an Samsung Microwave oven convection type - model no. C103FL. On 7th July 2010, I lodged a complaint with Samsung Service Centre Bhilai, regarding nonworking of the gadget. Next day it was attendedn by their Sevice engineer Mr. Dinesh. After checking the oven he informed that one part ( PCB) is to be changed and it may take 2-3 days.
