After my last complaint about my handset not received after more than 3 months i went in to a cell c store and applied for an upgrade there, after many hours trying to reverse the upgrade to be able to get the one instore, i got my new handset.BUT...during my previous complaints i threatend Cell C by returning the last payment of R300 to try and get their attention ( without success) and guess what they did after not even a month ??
