There is a new version of the internet security program used by IBurst. The e-mail that they sent out didn't have all the info, so I had to call for help, and spoke to Harrison twice in one evening (1208). He sent me a new e-mail, and eventually, I got everything loaded, but the password is incorrect. I tried to sort it out over the weekend, but they were busy upgrading the site, so still, no luck.
