This is now the 3rd time it has happened ... I have a phone and 3G account with MTN (phone for around 10 - 12 years). In recent times, I have received a bill for my 3G which is completely beyond what I have budgeted for and therefore cannot afford. When I phone MTN to query it, I get no answers and they tell me that I must have used the huge amount of bandwidth indicated by the bill. Impossible I say!
