I was phoned by the credit card department on Wednesday 12 August 2009 who informed me that my card has been approved and will be at my branch within a week. After a week I phoned and the card were not there, knowing that hick-ups do occur i gave them 2 more days (thursday and friday). This morning (24 August 2009) I gave the branch itself a ring and the card were STILL not there.
