Ordered magazines last year. 4 magazines real cheap. Noticed unauthorized renewal charges on bank statement called to cancel and get refund. Customer Service in Dominican Republic barely spoke passable English. Cancelled all additional magazines was assured everything eas OK. This month $70 gone for magazines. Called again was told the same thing. Got refund last monthin a few business days. When you call keep pressing "O" for operator no matter what the recording says.
