I have had a Tracfone for several years and never had a complaint or problem with the phone. Anytime there were questions, I always got a quick and accurate answer. Then i made the mistake of trying to transfer my landline number to my cell phone! It would probably have worked fine, but someone at Trac entered one wrong digit and I entered cell phone ***. After six hours on the phone (not an exaggeration!), the problem is still not resolved and i have reinserted the old SIM card with its old number so that my family can reach me if they need me.
