After my daughter convinced me to buy the Instyler, we discovered what a poor job it does of straightening hair. Not to mention, the orange disk fell off the end of it before a few months went by. This might have been okay if it was only cosmetic but recently (after relatively little use), the entire metal end fell off leaving the heating element completely exposed. Of course, the year was up June 19th and its now Aug 10th, so there is absolutely nothing the company will do about it...
