I purchased a $3000 ring for my wife with a 1/2 karate center diamond. When I proposed to my wife, the same night, she noticed a line in it. We looked and it was a definite crack. We took it in and one person said it was a crack. Another said it was not a crack and nothing would be done about it. We had them cleaned and checked as we were supposed to, but there is no documentation on their system about the cleanings.
