I came from Australia to India with Cathay Pacific but the flight turned to be a nightmare, I was tired with jet lag but unto that i was made to wait for 2hours for my bag which i didn't received even after long waiting.The ground staff promised to deliver it the following day but didn't kept with promise.Neither a apology call was given.As i had worst trip with cathay.
