I have been on a contract with Cell C for several years and have never had a problem until recently when my phone was stolen and I have been trying to get Cell C to assist!! Not only have I been met with rude, unsympathetic call centre hosts, I have not had any feedback from them or any assistance to try and block the phone & help me activate my sim swop!
