Four months ago i cancelled my Cell C contract due to horrible service recieved. This was done telephonically by a lady at the call center. (funny how you alwalys tend to not write down peoples names due to trust) I haven't recieved a statement in over two months now. The lady at the time told me that it would take one month before the cancelation would take affect.
