On 23 July I asked for a credit on the month that my line was down. On 25 AUGUST, (over a month later!) the query is still open and I am being billed for the month I was down AND the following month. I called the accounts dept and spoke to Thomas. He said he could not give me an answer as the query was still 'open'. He said it will show that I owe the money until the query is 'closed'. He told me that he cannot close it and I have to wait for the correct dept to call me back as there is nobody I can follow up... read full review »
