CableOne refuses to set an appointment for a technician to come to my house unless I want to wait almost 2 weeks. Instead they state that they will be there anytime between 8am and 7pm on the day scheduled! They told me that I would receive a courtesy call 30mins before the technician would arrive. I never received any calls and subsequently was at the grocery store 5 miles away when they came by.
