A package was sent from Venezuela to Bolivia using FedEx, the package was opened by Venezuelan customs in front of a FEDEX representative however they stole what I had in the package. I tried to contact FEDEX Authorities to see if I can get someone to help me but there answer was that they can not do anything and the only thing they could do is return the value of the shipment. this is not the first time that something like that happened when I used fedex.
