Hi, my name is Cari Richer & 4 1/2 years ago I bought quite a bit of furniture from the Brick in Sudbury. At the time I also bought the 5 year insurance in case I had problems. Approximately 1 year ago one piece of a three piece leather living room set started losing the colour on the cushions. I called the Brick & they had someone come & inspect it & ultimately replaced it.
