sir, one of the desktop hcl system supplied to computer design centre, p.w.d is malfunctiong prpbably due to its o.s being corrupted. A complaint in this regard was booked with the hcl office @pondicherry on19.08.2010, but till date no one has turned up to rectify the defect. the system is covered under warranty & urgently required to complete official work.
