I have purchased a Sony Erricson Vivaz in March, a few weeks after it was launched. Two weeks back it just went off on its own and the touch screen functions were coming on and off automatically. I took it to the Service Centre in Lajpat Nagar and they said they needed to keep the handset and send it to the factory. I was told it would take 3-5 working days to get repaired. It has now been 2 weeks and there is no sign of the handset being returned to me. The customer service centre has absolutely pathetic service. they put thye phone off... read full review »
