You need to go to forvacationers.com and enter your reservation number which starts with KK and your password which is the last 5 digits of your creditcard you used to purchase vacation. It is NOT a timeshare. I work for the company and they have been in business for 15 years. It's real. It's a 3day/2night cruise for 2 people. One complaint in the last 15 years is pretty good for a cruise line. Relax and enjoy your free cruise. Just pay the port taxes and take it anytime in the next 18 months. read full review »
