I refer to the response i had received from News Cafe, Firstly we were not wearing tracksuits, secondly there were people sitting at the tables at the entrance wearing t shirts and takkies though they were having a good time and we were told we not allowed in, due to our dress code. i understand and am fully aware of the smart casual dress code, Though there are signs at News Cafe's taht say after 6PM you have to be dressed smart casual to be let in. And i have been told before that if you are inside the News Cafe before 6PM dressed in takkies and a t shirt you may stay and will not be asked to leave.
