On 26 August 2009 at 17:55 we placed a delivery order with Debonairs in Banbury Cross and was told that the order would take 30 -40 minutes to be delivered. At 18:30 MIldred from Debonairs phoned and told us that the cocktail cheese sausages were out of stack, yet we ordered it 35 minutes before and the order should have arrived. This is ridiculous first of all, how can they not advise us when placing the order that they were out of stock and ohone us wen it was supposed to be delivered.
