1. I have complained numerous times about ABSA ATM machines continuously being out of paper or off line at month end. I end up having to go to the oppsition who does not seem to have this problem. 2. Attitude of some ABSA branches & head office is poor when it comes to customer service complaints. 3. ABSA policy now requires me to not only give my ID or drivers lisence but also to complete a form before I may be issued with a bank statement.
