DO NOT GO TO MONARCH DENTAL IN LAYTON, UTAH - HORRIBLE SERVICE! I scheduled a root canal appt in Apr and it took four weeks before I could be seen. The first appt the dentist performed a partial root canal and I was told to "come back in two weeks to give it some time to heal before completing the root canal". Earliest appointment was six weeks out, HAD to book it.
