About 2 years ago we ported our cell numbers. CellC continued billing us even though there was no proof of a renewal. We were out of the country for 2 years. In July 2008 we were informed in writing that they were wrong and the account would be credited. And it was. We are now received accounts again and they have handed it over saying they reversed the credit. How can you admit to your mistake credit the account and then reveverse it again after a few monthsyears?
