I got my service with Comcast in February 2010 after moving into another house. My problem started in June 2010 when I lost have the channels I had been getting. We have one box on the main TV and then just regular cable for the three TV's upstairs (just basic cable for $26 a month). When we lost the channels I called customer service and they said if you want the channels you had you will have to up your package, so I did and now it is costing me $39.99 for 6 months and then goes up to $74.90.
