i had bought a data card from web world new friends colony- no. 9311197851 on payment of rs2300 on 29/7/10.After nearly 3 days services were stopped saying negative address varification. However nobody ever came for address varification. After contacting web world i was asked to submit the address proof which i did (original mtnl bill) .Inspite of repeated visits the services never resumed.
