I spent over $1800 on a Whirlpool Gold side by side refrigerator/freezer over a month ago. It was delivered with far less shelving than the space in the unit required and I spent over $125 to purchase and additional glass shelf for the freezer and a large shelf for the inside door of the refrigerator. I thought this was agregious to begin with, but wanted to optimize the use of the appliance and spent the money anyway, I ordered the parts with the assistance of custome service.
