I called around noon to make my first appointment. Girl who took the call knew it was my first appointment, because I checked on the introductory rate of $39.95. She gave me a time of 7:30 p.m. but asked me to get there by 7:15 to fill out paperwork. When I got there at 7:15, I was told they couldn't hold the appointment without a credit card.
