I applied on-line for a loan and was initally accepted, I received a letter requesting me to call their offices and was told a fee of £59 was required. I asked why they wanted it now and not when loan was processed. I was told loan has been processed through to their lender and I had to pay money upfront, so I gave my debit card no and £59 was taken from my account.
