As much as possible I do not want to expose this but my contractor has been avoiding me and doesn't want to fix the problem in my house in Tagaytay which was completed in July 2008. All grill works are all bad and rusty and falling apart. My flooring are damaged and all the tile floorings are coming off. The cement used were poor. Windows are leaking and now I am in the process of fixing it out of my pocket and the price are huge.
