I am a victim too...They HAVE stolen my money I called them and they did not send me back my evaluation either... twices this was in july 31, 2010(I went to Miami I wait 10 to 15 working days nothing) ...I called them again August 13, 2010 NOTHING they said the Post Office LOST IT so I called them againg CERO RESPONSE..
