Our washing machine bought on 22 march 2007 and under extended warranty purchased under ICR no 5441 till march 2011 has developed some snag and inspite of a number of complaints ( complaint no:4864993 and 4983973 made on 20 and 23 aug) no representative of IFB has come to repair the machine.
