the hinge panel of my washing machine has broken. i have registered a complaint on 23rd aug at the service centre, 04066842206, spoke to mr. khan and he gave me the complaint number 05191. after no response after 48 hrs, i called back the number. mr kumar picked up, refused to acknowledge that there was anyone by the name khan, said i may have dialled a wrong number, gave me the customer care helpline number.
