I put in a complaint on Monday but have not heard from you. MTN messed up my contract and handed the file over. Now I have there attorney contacting me harassing me all the time. This was sorted out with the Alberton branch and they apologised and said they told legal to close the file but since 3 months ago they still phone me daily complaining that I owe them moeny. MTN made the error and they fixed it yet there legal department has not closed the file and still phones me every day. I have spent so much time and money trying to get them to fix there mess ups and Im still trying to get them to correct there own mistake. read full review »
