I upgraded my 2 contracts a couple of months ago and one of the new phones that I was given, was faulty. This phone was sent in for repairs, but when I received it back about two weeks later, the phone had the same problem. The phone keeps dropping my calls. I then returned the phone the very next day and was sent back again for repairs, this time to Joburg as the Cape Town branch could not repair it. Needless to say the phone came back from Joburg with the same problem. Two more trails on repairing the phone with still no hope in sight... read full review »
