My mother-in-law ordered a free trail of Maximum Burn Xtreme thru Diet Max on July 11, 2010. The only cost was to ba a 3.00$ shipping charge to Visa (as they accept no other card). On July 22, 2010 the Visa card was charged 87.47 USD (ten days later). The Visa card was charged another 87.47 USD on August 12, 2010.
